Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Speechivo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Speechivo.

2. Operator and payments

Speechivo is a service operated by Mantan kumar, an individual. Speechivo is the service brand, not a separate company. For orders processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction, processes payment, and handles payment-related customer service and returns as applicable. Paddle's terms apply to its payment services; see Paddle's terms.

3. The service

Speechivo provides AI text-to-speech generation, voice selection, audio playback, downloads, and related account features. Features, voices, plans, limits, and availability may change as the service develops.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting access to your account, and activity performed through it. You must promptly tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. One person or organization may not use the service to evade plan limits or access controls.

5. Your content and generated audio

You are responsible for the text you submit and how you use generated audio. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit text and use any resulting audio. AI-generated audio may not be unique, and Speechivo does not promise that an output is free of third-party rights or suitable for a particular use. The terms of the applicable voice provider may also apply to generated audio.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Speechivo for unlawful impersonation, fraud, deception, harassment, or to create or distribute audio imitating another person without their authorization. You may not interfere with the service, probe or bypass security controls, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, overload our systems, use harmful automated access, or violate another person's rights. Speechivo does not currently provide a voice-cloning feature. We may suspend or terminate access to protect users, the service, or third parties.

7. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Plan prices, monthly character allowances, and included features are shown on the Pricing page and in Paddle checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month at the price shown for the applicable plan unless canceled. Paddle checkout displays the final amount and any applicable taxes before payment. To request cancellation, contact speechivo@gmail.com and follow any confirmation provided by Paddle. Cancellation takes effect as recorded by Paddle; access may continue through the paid period or end earlier depending on the cancellation effective date. Cancellation does not by itself create a refund. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Intellectual property

The Speechivo service, software, branding, design, and underlying technology are owned by the operator or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your account is in good standing. They do not transfer ownership of the service or technology to you.

9. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an available basis. AI-generated speech may contain errors or unexpected results, and you should review outputs before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, Speechivo disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of fitness, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. The operator's total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, misuse, security reasons, or where needed to operate the service. You may stop using Speechivo at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will continue after termination.

12. General and contact

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement about your use of Speechivo, subject to any additional terms presented for a specific feature.
